The hotel made a strong first impression with its spacious and clean common areas, but my experience in the room fell short due to several issues like a lack of hot water and Wi-Fi. While the staff was friendly and tried to assist, the service could have been more efficient in resolving some of the concerns. Its location is a bit far from the city center, which isn't ideal for late-night excursions. On the upside, the resort offered some lovely amenities and a nice atmosphere for relaxation.
